If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and wish to return a product please follow these simple steps.
1. First notify us of your intention to return your product within six months of receiving your order. You can do this by either calling our Returns Department, toll-free, at (866) 778-2646, ext. 3, or by emailing us at email@example.com
2. Once we have been notified you can mail the unused product to the address below. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip, and include a brief description of the reason you are returning the item.
3. Once your return has been received and processed we will refund your full purchase price, including domestic shipping charges (sorry, international shipping charges are not refundable). Refunds are issued in the same manner used to make the original purchase (i.e., credit card, check) if submitted within 3 months. After 3 months credit card refunds cannot be issued via our merchant gateway, and instead will be refunded via check. Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item.
