I am very consistent with my exercise and diet regimen but for some reason I will have an interruption in my normal bowel activity. For me Daily Movement helps to restore my elimination in a way that is very natural and sustained. I am quite sure it must also have an impact on the microbiome among other things and just helps me get back to normal.June 14, 2020

According to the National Institutes of Health, constipation affects 26 percent of men and 34 percent of women over 65 years of age. And while everyone experiences occasional irregularity, constipation has been shown to substantially diminish a persons perception of their quality of life. Constipation accounts for over 2.5 million physician visits every year, and at least 75 percent of elderly hospitalized patients and nursing home residents use laxatives for bowel regulation. In addition, persons seeking relief from constipation spend more than $800 million per year on laxatives.
Causes of Constipation
Several factors are known to contribute to an age-related increase in the prevalence of constipation. The low-fiber diet commonly consumed throughout the United States, in combination with a generally sedentary lifestyle and poor fluid intake, accounts for a large percentage of older citizens who suffer from constipation.
Prescription medications and over-the-counter preparations can also lead to constipation, especially in older patients who often take several medications on a daily basis. Additionally, health food supplements, vitamins and homeopathic remedies often contain agents that can cause constipation (e.g., anti-cholinergic agents). Additionally, many cases of constipation (i.e., those lasting months or longer) are caused by underlying motility issues or the use of constipating drugs.
Healthy digestion requires the coordination of a complex pattern of contracting and relaxing muscles in the stomach and intestines (gastric motility) for proper digestion and absorption of nutrients. Gastrointestinal motility is disrupted when the nerves and muscles of the GI tract fail to function in a strong or coordinated fashion. Motility can be disrupted by stress, inflammation and from use of over-the-counter and prescription medications.
Stimulant laxatives are by far the most frequently prescribed and purchased class of laxatives. These agents promote stooling by altering electrolyte transport in the intestinal mucosa and increasing colonic motility. With overuse, however, stimulant laxatives may damage the myenteric plexus and result in colonic dysmotility.
Daily Alternative to Laxatives
Daily Movement is a safe, gentle and effective herbal formula for constipation and irregularity. After identifying numerous causes of constipation they set out to identify those herbs most effective for alleviating occasional constipation.

What is the recommended daily dose of Daily Movement?
The recommended daily dose of Daily Movement is 1-2 capsules, 1-3 times per day.
As you can see from this recommendation, it is important for you to find the dose that works for you within a range of 1-6 capsules per day. You may wish to start with 1 capsule, 2 times per day for several days to see if this is a dose that is helpful for you in supporting desired intestinal movement. You can increase the dose by 1 capsule every few days, but do not take more than 2 capsules per dose.
How much Daily Movement can I safely take in a day?
You should not require more than 6 capsules per day of Daily Movement, so that is the maximum dose we recommend on an ongoing basis.
How do I know Daily Movement is working for me?
Daily Movement is a Tango Advanced Nutrition product that should make a change for you in how you feel. It should improve intestinal health to promote regular bowel movements.
You should expect improvements to occur quickly as many of our customers report dramatic improvement in the first few days of use. The change should be very noticeable. Instead of saying to yourself, “I think this might be helping me”, you really should be able to say, “Wow, I feel a lot better.”
Usually, very clear results show up in the first month of use for most people.
Do I have to take Daily Movement forever?
Everybody has a different set of circumstances that will determine how their intestinal health will be promoted when using Daily Movement. Your response to the supplement will be determined by your individual health circumstances. Issues with intestine/colon health may be long-standing over many years. This may determine how soon you notice positive changes and how long you may need or wish to take the formula.
However, the formula is strong enough so that everybody who will get benefits should expect them in the first month of use in support of regular bowel movements.
When positive changes in intestine health happen, you can lower your dose gradually by one capsule at a time every 4-5 days and expect to see continued benefits. The reason for this is that, as with all true health-promoting supplements, Daily Movement provides restorative results.
Some people will be able to discontinue Daily Movement and switch to a different supplement that provides daily benefit for all of their health concerns. Others will take the formula on an as-needed basis. And some will take it daily to counter any ongoing issues they experience in intestinal function.
When should I take Daily Movement?
The most important consideration in taking Daily Movement is to use it daily and consistently. You can take Daily Movement with or without meals.
Morning and early evening are the best times to take the formula to spread out its benefits over a 24-hour period.
Some people take Daily Movement about 1 hour before bedtime to make sure they have beneficial nutrients working while they are sleeping.
Can I take Daily Movement with other supplements?
Yes, you can take Daily Movement with and at the same time as you take other dietary supplements.
I take over-the-counter/prescriptive medicines for bowel health. Can I take Daily Movement with them?
You can take Daily Movement while you are using other products for your bowel function or any other condition. However, you should always take Daily Movement or any other supplement at least 2 hours away from any medication to reduce any possible risk of interaction.

Can I combine Daily Movement with some of your other products like GastroCalm or Vital Cell?
We do not recommend that you take Daily Movement with GastroCalm as nutritional support for bowel function is somewhat different from nutritional support for gastric function. It is best to gain full results from one of the two formulas before using the other one.

Can a woman take Daily Movement if she is pregnant or nursing?
No, we do not recommend that a woman take Daily Movement if she is pregnant or nursing. This is not because Daily Movement is unsafe but because there have been no safety studies performed on the ingredients in Daily Movement for pregnancy and nursing.
Can children take Daily Movement?
Children age 6-12 can take one capsule, two times per day.
Daily Movement is not recommended for children under age 6 as they have supplement needs that differ from older children and adults.
Can I give Daily Movement to my pet (cat, dog, or horse)?
Yes, however, you should contact a holistic veterinarian for advice on the dose you should give to your pet, since animals vary widely in size and speed of metabolism. Both of those factors determine doses for supplements for animals.
Is Daily Movement tested for contaminants that could harm my health?

Are there any side effects from taking Daily Movement?
